Hypotesen om hvite hull beskrives i kosmologien som det motsatte av sorte hull. Mens sorte hull sluker alt som kommer i nærheten, og ikke slipper noe ut igjen, sender hvite hull lys og materie ut i universet.

The hypothesis of white holes is described in cosmology as the opposite of black holes. While black holes swallow everything that comes close and do not let anything out again, white holes send light and matter out into the universe.
